1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Booqable Bundle Breaker Extension ("Extension"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Extension.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DFI Creative Solutions Corp. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

The Extension is a tool designed to modify bundle configurations within Booqable’s platform by interfacing with your Booqable account through its API.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with Booqable. You acknowledge that Booqable may update its API or services, which may affect the functionality of this Extension.

3. Data Collection and Usage

By using the Extension, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • We collect, store, and process data necessary for the Extension’s functionality, including but not limited to your Booqable API credentials, URL slug, and order data.

  • We may collect usage data to improve the Extension’s performance and functionality.

  • We may transmit data to third-party services necessary for the Extension’s operation.

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Extension, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Booqable API credentials and account information.

  • Any modifications made to your Booqable orders through the Extension.

  • Ensuring you have proper authorization to use the Extension with your Booqable account.

  • Verifying and reviewing all changes made by the Extension before executing any business decisions.

You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Extension may violate Booqable’s terms of service and that you assume all associated risks.

5. Intellectual Property

The Booqable Bundle Breaker Extension, including but not limited to its software, code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of DFI Creative Solutions Corp.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Extension without our explicit written consent.

  • Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding the Extension shall become our sole property without any compensation or credit to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

DFI CREATIVE SOLUTIONS CORP. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OF THE EXTENSION.

  • THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY RESULTS OR DATA OBTAINED FROM THE EXTENSION.

  • COMPATIBILITY WITH BOOQABLE’S PLATFORM OR FUTURE API CHANGES.

YOU USE THE EXTENSION AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DFI CREATIVE SOLUTIONS CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

  • LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

  • ANY MODIFICATIONS MADE TO YOUR BOOQABLE ORDERS RESULTING FROM THE EXTENSION.

  • ANY INTERRUPTION, SECURITY BREACH, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS, IF ANY, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) FOR THE EXTENSION IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DFI Creative Solutions Corp., including its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Extension, whether authorized or unauthorized.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Any modifications, deletions, or alterations made to your Booqable orders through the Extension.

  • Any disputes between you and Booqable, or between you and any third party arising from your use of the Extension.

  • Any unauthorized, improper, or negligent use of your Booqable API credentials, whether such use was by you, an authorized party, or an unauthorized third party.

  • Any security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your Booqable credentials.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Booqable API credentials and that DFI Creative Solutions Corp. assumes no liability for any unauthorized access, account misuse, or resulting damages.

9. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension at any time, without notice or liability.

  • Update these Terms at our discretion. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.

  • We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, security breach, or data loss.

  • You are solely responsible for protecting your Booqable API credentials.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a similar recognized arbitration body.

  • Arbitration shall be conducted in Los Angeles, California, USA.

  • Each party shall bear its own costs and legal fees, except as required by law.

  • Class action lawsuits are expressly waived.

12. No Waiver & Severability

  • No waiver of any term shall be considered a further or continuing waiver.

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
