Insurance Policy

All renters are required to maintain a valid insurance policy for the entire length of the rental period. Insurance must cover the entire replacement value of your rented equipment.

Insurance Waivers

For rental orders with replacement value under $15,000, you may choose to opt-out or providing insurance. You will be responsible for the equipment in the event of damage or loss. We are also able to provide rentals through Sharegrid if you prefer to add Sharegrid coverage.

You will be asked to provide a credit card authorization for security deposit for the rented items on pickup, authorized as a hold on your credit card on file.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelations for reserved orders must be made in writing 48h before the scheduled pickup date to receive a full refund. Cancelations made within 48h of pickup may be refunded store credit only.

If you fail to pick up your equipment on the day of pickup, you will be charged for one (1) rental day for your reserved package. Late returns will be assessed a $50 late return fee.
