Instead of maintaining sharpness from center to edge, these lenses present a gradual softening as you move towards the peripheries of the frame. Mamiya 645 Sekor C lenses have the ability to cover motion picture 65mm (such as Alexa 65), and are able to utilize the entire image circle on large format sensors (such as Alexa Mini LF, Sony Venice) with a x0.7 reducer and a bonus 1-stop effective exposure gain.
